Great quick hibachi spot. Have been going for years and quality, service, and speed have been very consistent. Would highly recommend for a quick grab n go hibachi
Great Food! Great hospitality and super clean. Family of four, we ordered 3 meals total cost was $41!!! That rarely happens. This was our second time visiting. First visit we did something similar,everyone loves the food.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted Asian food and so we decided to try out this spot. It is a perfect place for a casual dinner that isn't fast food. The prices are reasonable and everything we had was great. The portions are huge! I had shrimp hibachi which comes with rice and salad and it was only $13. I would definitely go back!
To start the price point was great for hibachi. I got the steak and chicken it was great. Came with rice sweet carrots and other great veggies. The drive thru was a great thing as well. The service was good. Seemed as if the place was newly renovated.
We're glad that Fuji has come back! And better than ever. We visited last week for a quick meal after a long day travelling. The hibachi dishes are always reliably good, with pleasant and efficient service. They took the opportunity with the COVID disaster to remodel and freshen up the interior. Welcome back Fuji, we'll be there again soon.
I love this place so much. I've been coming here since I was in high school (over 20 years ago?) oh my gosh I'm getting old. Lol. I ALWAYS make a point to visit every time i'm in town. Hands down you cannot beat the quality and quantity of this delicious hibachi meal. No where else can you get a giant tub of homemade delicious shrimp sauce, and ample portions of rice, meat, and veggies. On top of the amazing quantity of delicious food that is served, you will be met by the sweetest restaurant owners in Knoxville. They literally remember me from high school, and always ask how my family is doing! Our entire extended family frequents this spot for take out on the regular. While it does kind of stink that the dining room isn't open anymore, I honestly cannot complain. I don't mind eating this on my lap in the car lol. Love supporting locally owned Asian American businesses! Especially when they are this great! BTW they are still open! And their phone number works. They are closed on sundays, just in case you're trying to go on the weekend :)
Can't believe I keep forgetting to review the best hibachi food in town! I often feel like the best food comes from places with small, specialized menus, and Fuji is no exception. Tiny, no fuss menu with combinations of different proteins served with onion/mushroom/zucchini mixture, broccoli, and their signature sweet carrots. They always throw in their yummy shrimp sauce too to slather on. I often get a side salad and the dressing is super tasty. It may just be the shrimp sauce watered down, but EH...who am I to complain when my taste buds are happy? We have had steak, chicken and shrimp and all are well-cooked and not grisly. If you ask for no onions, be aware that they may omit the zucchini too, since it seems to be cooked together. You can double your protein for a small up charge and it is SO worth it and gives me 2-3 days of leftovers. The reasonable price, decent portions (especially of rice), and food itself are reason enough to pop on by. The taste of the food will make you a regular.
